Operation Artemis takes a victim centered approach to tackling the online availability of series of child sexual abuse material within Peer-to-Peer file sharing networks, by identifying offenders possessing CSAM relating to identified victims.
Utilizing the suite of CRC capability, we support criminal investigations worldwide; to identify contact offending and safeguard children from abuse. It also seeks to reduce Artemis imagery from P2P spaces; and enable civil claims to be brought against offenders, so that survivors can seek civil remedy. The operation also seeks to develop societal understanding of CSAM, highlighting that CSAM is never ‘victimless’, raising awareness of the scale, and the necessity of prevention efforts.
Artemis aims to put CRC in partnership with law enforcement, NGO’s and industry, using our combined technology and tools to deliver our mission of reducing the spread of CSAM, giving victims control, and holding perpetrators accountable.
Our webinar will be led by two individuals, both of which have worked with CSAM for decades, they will discuss how Operation Artemis and XRY can change your current workflow for working with CSAM ensuring that all investigations going forward are victim centered.
